Pls recommend me a good Cheap board for SLi and must support 45nm Quads.

also must have 2 PCI-e 2.0 Slots.

Iirc the 750i/780i are upgraded 6 series boards with pcie 2.0 being the main change from the 650i/680i range.

You taling about the 750?

If your wanting to sli 280's then the 780 or 790 chipset is what you need.

790 is best NVidia chipset out but you would have to fork out for DDR3

If you don't want to spend much don't go for the 790i or 790i ultra. I have one, and compared to my brothers 780i, the difference is negligible (I've spelled that incorrectly havent I?).

As others have said 790i is DDR3. DDR3 = rather costly. You can get fast DDR2 modules quite cheaply these days I think.
