Being British is about driving an Italian car to an English pub for an Irish beer, then travelling home, grabbing an English fish and chips or a Chinese Chinese on the way, to sit on Chinese furniture and watch American shows on a German TV.

And the most British thing of all? Suspicion of all things foreign!

• Only in Britain can a pizza not get to your house, but an Ambulance take 40 minutes.
• Only in Britain do supermarkets make sick people walk all the way to the front of the shop to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.
• Only in Britain do people not go to McDonalds because it's ****.
• Only in Britain do we leave cars worth thousand pounds on the drive and lock our boat in the garage.
• Only in Britain do we do none of that with phones.
• Only in Britain are there very few skating rinks.

NOT TO MENTION..

• I die hundreds of times a year by testing a 9V battery on my tongue (Totally safe BTW, even if it pierced the skin).

1. mr'best' you appear to have missed the word 'not' in the brackets in the title.

2. I'm sure I've seen this before except titled "Only in America".
