Inauguration - anyone going to watch it?

Honestly compares to Brown and Cameron he'd win by a landslide, we've had horrible Government in this country since WWII.

Damn right. People saying HE'S NOT BLACK HE'S MIXED RACE need to look at the guy. He's black enough.

In an ideal world this wouldn't make any difference, but racism exists and it does matter.
 
I've been sucked into it a bit, wouldn't mind watching but not going to go out of my way to watch it. Might use it as an excuse to go to the pub.
 
Would you believe when I mentioned this in the canteen there was a Young girl around 18 who is about to do her A levels that didn't know what I was on about :(
Now obviously you are hardly going to find the Worlds finest minds in my Works canteen but **** me I about fell on the floor.

Any of you guys who've mentioned things might change decided on what you actually want to change? Or what Obama said he'd change?

I think the bloke is an awesome orator, and I love how he can motivate people in a positive manner. He's still not saying anything though.

If I get back in from work in time I'll watch it. His acceptance speech was awesome. I'd also take him over any of the monkeys in this country. I wouldn't have minded David Davis as Tory leader. Was gutted when Cameron got the spot, and even more aggrieved when Davis took his stance on 28 days.
