I saw in one of the reviews they recommended a 700 watt PSU for one of these. Is it likely to be ok running it on a 620?

Anyone running one on less than 700?
 
Might work... the GPU will hit almost 300 peak, doubt the rest of your system will exceed ~200watt unless you have a silly overclocked quad core or something.

Personally tho I'd want a little more headroom so the PSU ran a bit quieter and cooler. Plus the reliability of the PSU and the rest of your system components is better when your sustained load is under 70-80% of your PSU's rating.
 
i'm running an overclocked 4870x2 which is more power hungry than a GTX295 on a Corsair HX520 so you'll be absolutely fine.
