you can say that about any games genre...
fps - shoot people, run, shoot people, run
rts - builld base, build tanks, attack
its just how its done and wow does it the best.
well i installed conan and when i went to register i got a error saying my cd key is broken 
i had to email them my key and now im waiting for the new one
just installed warhammer to play that first instead and so far im loving it
it seems a lot better than wow did when you first start out but i guess time will tell if its going to stay this good or not

Just remember it took several years to get WoW up to the level you are used too. All MMORPGs start out with a decent beginning area but then release patches to improve the end game.

Conan is a awesome game, got all settings maxed out on 1920 x 1200 res, Never really experienced any major bugs. Lookin forward to DX10
Just remember it took several years to get WoW up to the level you are used too. All MMORPGs start out with a decent beginning area but then release patches to include the end game.

I run Conan at top settings and it is fine. 50 - 60fps always with a res of 1920 x 1200.
You asked how the game will fair on that system AFTER YOU BOUGHT IT?

i know it will run but i just didnt know how well, i dont really think my system is top of the line what with tri sli and the new processors on the market

Warhammer is supposed to be quite good, and if you are into Games Workshop stuff then all the better. AoC I thought was under-par in every way, even for a brand new MMO. I have played UO, EVE online, DAoC, WoW, LotRO all from their respective releases and Conan is still the biggest pile of **** I have even wasted my money on. People are free to disagree with me ofc.
AoC was great fun when it was released. Playing without sleep with 5 clan members on Ventrilo, eating junk food and racing through Tortage was amazing fun. Then suddenly all the voiceovers stop, and it becomes a very detached feeling game and became a total grindfest at 48+. I have good memories of it, but it just isn't a very good game in my opinion.
Warhammer Online I didn't even get the starting fun. You just grind from the beginning and hope you're one of the OP classes, if not, you're in for a rough time grinding with no rewards and no fun (once again, in my opinion.)

out of the two you have bought wra made me resubscribe, even though it was only for a month, AoC i played for maybe 10 days, it was just boring, i didnt even get out of the starting area.
war had me gripped for a bit longer, maybe because it was more like wow which ive played for 3 years.
at xmas i got wotlk and went back to wow which was inevitable, if you have played wow for a while and been into it you will end up going back to it.

Agree, unfortunately some idiots think that WoW was the first MMO, they fail to realise it "borrowed" from the MMOs that came before it just as it continues to do with those who come after.
I don't blame them, it's the only way they'll improve the genre is nicking each others good ideas
too late now but you should have not installed em both at the same time as the 30 days start running also can you not get aoc on trial for 10 days so you could have had 40 days instead of 30
well there was a problem with my conan cd key so i had to email them for a new one
that means i can play warhammer for a month and then by the time the trial is over ill be able to give conan a go before i decide what im going to stick with how can i get the 10 day conan trial?
