A few words about the OcUK Team

I think Yewen is also deserving of some recognition - I've spent a total of £926.73 here recently which I would have probably spent elsewhere if it wasn't for him going the extra mile to get an outstanding issue I had sorted satisfactorily.

Hehe. Maybe, but not in a religious way. Less stress these days and a major factor is higher quality staff who are mainly positive. Negativity is a bad thing.
 
There has been a noticeable difference on the phones & on the forums over the last year so I think praise is definetly in order.
Dropping postal costs for us went down well & things seemed to have settled down nicely around here.
It certainly seems much more community spirited on the forums & I am glad to hear those at work are in good spritis as well.



Now if I can just unwedge myself from your batty I'll stick my hand out for that back hander :D

Any sign of appreciation mate, we are not all totally money driven. :p

Wanting to be at work just due to the people there is easily worth a bit of extra cash in my pocket.
 
Ive noticed an improvement on the hardware forums where peoples product suggestions are getting more attention than before.

However, not wanting to be negative, it seems like its took this whole DDOS attack to make you show this positive side. Although now is good a time as any i suppose! :)

And Congrats to all OcUK! Well done for making these forums what they are, been a real laugh since I've joined! Lets just hope the recent issues are cleared up asap :D

Not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes you have to turn something negative, this whole DDOS palaver, into something positive :).

Not only that, but it sounds like a thinly veiled side swipe against an ex employee to me, what with the timing. Just my opinion based on previous form though. :)
