A few words about the OcUK Team

Have to say ive been shopping here for 4years or so but only joined the forum recently but everytime ive had a problem via webnote or phone all the staff have been helpful and friendly and got my problems sorted so Cheers OCUK Team:)

I know what you mean. Personally for me even if it was simply packing the boxes in the warehouse for example, OcUK would probably top of my list on places and I'd to do it....and I can't even think why :p

Ive noticed an improvement on the hardware forums where peoples product suggestions are getting more attention than before.

However, not wanting to be negative, it seems like its took this whole DDOS attack to make you show this positive side. Although now is good a time as any i suppose! :)

Staff can cause more grief than doing the job yourself so it's good to see theres a good team at HQ and keeping morale up while the pound is down.

Tis also rare to see a guvnor publicly appreciating his staff so maybe you should all buy Spie a pint!

Well in that case, i guess its a good gesture that you are publicly bigging them up!

Ive started reading a bit more of the hardware sections now, and I must admit that Yewen has been doing a pretty impressive job. Hes pretty attentive!

I wish most companies had a positive attitude, it would make work life fun and build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners. Christ knows how many companies lose this focus, especially during a downturn in the stockmarkets. The financial analysts who say "those who weather the storm will come back strong" are right.

Everything was going well...too well. So you decided to attack your own shop to show the world (well, us) that even when times are hard, your spirt will not dwindle. Thus I blame you for the attack!

Recognising truly superb qualities in staff who could just "turn up".

I don`t need to tell you this, but good staff are a rare commodity these days. Look after them. :)

Personally, I have had nothing but good service from OcuK. The recent additions of free/reduced shipping and customer services section on the forum all indicate that the company is trying hard to be good at what it does. You will NEVER please everybody, and trying to do so is bad for your health.

I am not a prolific poster, but there have been good vibes on the forums recently. Long may that continue.
