What is the most powerful gamer rig on the planet

it doesnt exist, as the most powerful rig today could be beaten by another rig tomorrow

i.e. buy 2 of every peice of hardware for your rig, then overclock each rig, you will get different results

o.k,what bout somthin that will ter apart anythin you throw at it,And I mean anythin!,maxed out,full AAx16,max res,full 1080i the lot and at least 50fps
 
Best rig I've ever seen was submitted by a competitor to the Custom PC Dream PC competition. It was totally awesome back in the Summer, but now it's out of date :(
 
I was lookin on sum american site for customm p.c's and jus like the yanks they take it one step beyond,Even to the point where u can have your case sprayed inside and out in diff high end car paint,then pick screw and fitting colours,lightin.
Messed about came to summat like 4500 dollars
 
again that can never happen, as it will depend upon the coding of the game

take any old game (at least 5 years) that has no more support for it and try running it on a system with the best GPUs available for gaming today, the chances are the game will not be able to either recognize the gpu or use it to its potential.

the most powerful gaming rig can never exist as its power will either be limited by the software using it or it will be superseded by another more powerful pc
 
Best PC I've seen someone running, for 24/7 gaming is owned by the youtube tech. reviewer, Trubritar, he ran skulltrailed quad extreme processors, watercooled at 4.1 GHz with three GTX 280's in SLI. He then overclocked the cards. Still ran on DDR2 but he had pretty nifty DDR2 in there, he's also used a 965 Extreme i7 along with tri SLI GTX again with 12 Gb DDR3. If you want to see the sickest gaming machines, take a look at his. Would also recommend his reviews.

Anyway, his skulltrail tri SLI machine is a monster and I'm yet to see a quicker gaming machine.

Hardcore computers do a fully submerged overclocked rig that comes in at about $10k. It's probably the most ridiculous one I've seen mass produced.
