UK is "officially" in recession

ok, immigration cause rents to rise, house prices rises, hardly any increase in wages over the past 10 years, meaning greater loans more mewing etc...

The right to buy act and second home ownership has had a much greater impact than any of that. And hardly any wage increase in 10 years?!

I would say people who remortgaging there home to the hilt believing that a home was a financial piggy bank rather than bricks and mortar was more of a factor in the recession, not sure how it is in America but a lot of people in the UK lived beyond the means and spent huge amounts of credit on Range Rover Sports HSE etc. etc. Immigration was only small compared to British people ***** money up the wall, just go on Moneysavingexpert and look at the people in debt by 20-40k from loans and credit cards its sickening and they cant pay it back so its just getting wiped away.

America had the same problems, but Bush brought in much more creditor friendly bankruptcy laws which exacerbated the problem when the bubble burst.

Depends, immigrants leaving also wont need healthcare or pensions when they get old, or have kids which cost money through education, so most of the tax they paid I imagine they won't see any benefit from.

immigration was the one of causes,

Dunno how they caused house prices to rise. If you take the typical Eastern European stereotype working as a plumber, then I hardly see how they're living in nice houses.
