One for you Ford ST fans. Seems the Graham Goode upgrade has one of those special 'tuner' maps on it if this video is anything to go by. It is supposed to have 50bhp more than the Mountune car....

mountune is mainly about cars ford currently sell and trying to help shift more cars. Performance upgrades that keep the warrenty intact.

nope its just a 1.6 with a remap and full exhaust system. The guy said it gets 140 "ish" bhp, and said it would beat a standard Fiesta ST (148bhp) so im guessing the high end of 140.

All you want is a dreamscience and exhaust. Sorted. Best you're going to get out of the 220 without major spending.

not sure what the power delivery would be like, but since the car is lighter than the mk6 I guess it would be great fun!

A dreamscience and exhaust can give you a lot more than 30 horses and more importantly it changes the power delivery.

I'd say it's a pretty easy car to tune for cheap.

No it cant, I have both and have only gained 20bhp from standard, the standard set up on the st220 is pretty damn good, with a freeflowing exhaust, the mapping does improve the torque curve somewhat but hardly increases it at all. Bearing in mind that dreamscience costs 450 and an exhaust is 400 for catback I wouldnt say thats too great power returns for that much cash compared to a turboed engine.

If you go to the Long Termers section they timed the long termer Mountune ST against a forum members DS one and the DS one is slightly quicker under 80 ish the DS one then starts pulling a bigger gap past 80. They put impressive numbers in particulary 30-70mph in 3rd gear in the low 4 seconds that makes a very quick car.
