I've been getting calls from a company called Rose Garland saying that I agreed to do some business sponsor ship for a local school last summer and now the books are ready and they want paying £400... theres no chance on this planet I would have agreed to this. I've emailed Watchdog and done some digging around on the net and it seems that they are well known for scamming in this way. If they do phone you up just hang up or ask for their company profile and portfolio in the post. They are very popular in the north west.

if they get abusive record their calls and then send a letter from your solicitor?
what on earth is that gonna acheive apart from seperating you from some notes for a solicitor?
