Recomend me some games from the last 4 years

My crummy old computer that was incapable of playing any games from the last few years died the other day and tommorow i'll be putting together a new one (E8500, 4gb ram, Ati 4850).

As i've been out of the loop for so long i was wondering if you guys could list all the great games i've missed out on. I'm mainly into FPS type games and strategy games like Age of Empires but i'll try anything.

I've mentioned it loads of times in every forum I frequent and no-one bats and eye lid!

Loved that game, tempted to buy it on Steam.

Yes, I got it when I subbed to GameTap. Played through it a couple of times on increasing difficult. Very good game

Got that on one of the packs I bought on Steam, and yeah, it's good fun. Worth a look if you can find it cheap.

Rogue Trooper is defintely an often overlooked gem. I've had many great times playing it.

Games worth a play:
HL2+expansions
Portal (orange box, tbh)
Painkiller is definitely worth a play, if you like your games oldschool
Oblivion (if you like that sort of thing)
fallout 3
PSYCHONAUTS - an even more overlooked gem.

Those are off the top of my head.

Orange box, Half Life 2 Episode 1+2, Mass Effect, Supreme Commander and definately look at Cod4.

Only ones I can think of atm :/
