why no Swiftech Apogee GTZ Core i7 Hold down plate's anywhere?

been trying to find a Swiftech Apogee GTZ Core i7 Hold down plate, found loads on American sites but can't find anyone with one actually in stock in the UK? I'm happy to get the Swiftech Apogee GTZ from OC but i need a plate for the i7
