This place is bonkers, the traffic is insane!!!

I shot these in the underground out of the Arc de triomphe, she was sat motionless head bowed at the bottom of the escalators with the cup in front of her. i had a matter of seconds to grab this first shot before i started to get in the way of a very busy stair way

I like the way the light is all around her the cup lays infront of her, and the edges are darker, the motion blur of the people walking past her giving her a wide berth

this is shot from behind again only a matter of seconds, to shoot

C&C welcome

Thanks for looking

COOOOLLLL i love Paris, i think i walked through that subway. The tiled walls look like the ones i passed through! I love the shot of the lady on the floor. Im not sure why i like it but i think its awesome! Really good watchers shot! You did get so many different characters in them subways! Good stuff! What part did you like best? and yes the traffic was insane! I used them push bikes and had a ride all round Paris! But the drivers seems they enjoyed trying to take me out so when crossing the road i followed the other bikers lol! But great fun! I miss all that daring stuff! Sitting at home drives me crazy!!! Anyway the photos are great!

Number 10 is definitely the best shot there, the way the light surrounds her but the rest is dark and the motion blur of people walking past make her so detached and separate from the world around her, a truly excellent shot!

oh, and the frontal picture of notredame is also brilliant.

Wow!

Best pictures I've seen on here.

They have a nice warm glow to them.

What camera?

Wiiiiitch! :D

I'll get my coat...

I particularly like 8, even if it is a little blurry. :)

Do you have a higher res version of number 3? And is that slight barrel distortion or does the wall sweep round like that?
