Mangobreeder 1 : Kensington & Chealsea 0

Who are you and what have you done with pies?

Mangobleeder - you could have got £50 for it if it was in a driveable state as you say.

And if it wasn't, why were you driving it on the roads anyway?

If you have 'not touched it in years', then it will either be SORN or undeclared. Either way, you have no tax on it.

Either you're talking crap (again) or all that £300 organic sphinctertea has gone to your head.

It was SORN, only an idiot would tax a car for a day to drive it to the scrapyard.

and wahts wrong with wanteing to get rid of a car which has been sitting in a garage for god knows how long to clear some space up

why dont you go back and ruin some more sausages and blackpudding .

goodnight :)

Can't have been that much wrong with it if, after years sitting in a garage untouched, it was able to start and be driven perfectly safely.

Indeed... I'm surprised the battery had enough juice to start it. ;)

He could've bump started it tho...

So it wasn't taxed and had no insurance and no MOT, nice, taking an unroad worthy car on the road, if only you had crashed and killed someone, you would be looking at time.

Scum, you drove it and parked it up and went about your daily life, you could have rung up a scarp yard to come collect it.

If I was the towing yard I would be going to the police to report you for the above offenses.

If he is looking at time or taking the risk for it, why does it worry you so? Secondly, legal issues aside, having insurance does not make you a better driver.

no it doesn't make you a better driver, but if the plank hit someone then at least he would have been able to pay for their damages!

Driving a car as SORN on the road is a minimum £1000 fine as far as I am aware!

Pull down on knickers and twist in opposite direction.............ah that's better.

Why did they tow it away?
Unless it was parked in a real stupid place of course and even if they thought it was dumped they still have to give 24hrs notice I believe.
I wouldn't laugh about it just yet as if they were correct to remove it they could well charge you £40 a day just for storing it before it gets flattened.

They probably didn't because this thread is almost certainly a complete fabrication but it sounds like it had no MOT, no tax and no insurance either.

Well done mango, you got a good deal if what you say is true! ;)

There are some people here whose high horses are literally out of the Earth's Atmosphere on this thread.

C'mon people, cheer up! It's nearly the weekend!

Edit:- I love it how a guy can post a page essay about how he was driving through Ireland and saw some car get owned into a lake and he managed to save a kid by his heroic acts of bravery and get "oh well done" for about 6 pages before people even think to get suspicious. Yet Mango posts about his car and instantly people mounting the horse, condeming him for driving whilst SORN and accusing him of talking carp :)

Chelsea.

I saw some graffiti under a motorway junction. Someone had sprayed CHEALSE FC up on the wall then tried to correct it by scribble spraying out the A and trying to squeeze it in the gap. I know that's how you shout it when you're at your football matches with all your other skinhead goons but that's not how it's spelled. Fail on all counts.

Edit: last bit is not aimed at Mangobreeder, just Chealse fans :D
