Investing/Savings

Your question doesnt make any sense, grammatically or logically.

Do you want to invest? Stocks, shares, more risk

Or save? ISA, Bonds, less risk

Also, as above, you could lend it..

Depends if you want to play it "safe" or not. I am considering trying my luck at the shares thing. But not quiet sure yet.

I'd like to make £1-2k.

I have heard RBS is good to invest in, so long as they do not fail completely..

I know risk and reward are not always the case... but it is worth pushing the boat out a little bit.

You REALLY need to do some proper research before investing in anything.

I don't mind playing it over a 6 month + period unless I could take a massive chance on a short term risk..

So you want a 100% ROI in 6 months? I think you need to set your sights A LOT more realistically. Either that or be prepared to lose almost all your money.

Been keeping an eye over a few companies, no serious research, mostly due to boredom, so anyway, if you can "predict" or at least guess what would happen, there's a ton of money to be made.

That Lloyds thing over these last few days would have made a nice 2-3k if I put all my savings into it. Obviously that would never happen as I have no clue how these share things work. But if you can make the right guesses, then there's a fair bit of money to be made there.
