Chicken Pakora recipe

Hello,

Their seem to be a few people on here who like to cook, does anyone know a good chicken pakora recipe. I've found various ones but they all seem to mention Gram flour which I have never seen in the shops.

Could they perhaps mean 1 gram of flour?

Gram flour's made from chickpea or something like that isn't it ?

Get some chickpeas and make your own.

How to make

1. Take pre-cooked chickpeas, rinse thoroughly and drain.

2. Spread evenly across an un-greased baking tray and cook on medium heat for 2-3 hours then turn off oven and leave overnight to cool.

3. Place into a mortar and pestle and grind to a fine consistency.
