it's supposed to be for grannies as a nightcap. not a replacement for ribena.
 
it's a '10 deck' not a '20 deck' so I doubt your paying a fiver for 10 fags, although in Spar you probably could be....

Mostly pre rolled cigarette smokers use pre rolled to make a jay. It's certainly not unusual.
 
I'm guessing that 20 Mayfair is cheaper than the equivalent amount of Golden Virgina.
