Its a Road Angel and that one has to be plugged in.

One day i went to OCUK HQ and my uncle took the wrong turning onto M6 South Bound (tool), off we came at Stafford, back on North bound....stuck behind a Clio V6...and a VEYRON went past south bound!! Wish i had my camera out.

Also on the carpark opossite Ormonde Street there was a SWEET scoob and a new Scoob..looked swish.
