I7 Overclock HSF

Any recommendations for an air cooling solution. At the moment just using the stock intel hsf. Wanna clock it, its the 920.

I have the true my self and its great. Have my chip clocked at 3.8ghz and its fine. Need more time to push it more and get it stable.

I had the Noctua and was running at 3.8Ghz with no probs.

What voltages and settings are you guys using? I'm really struggling with my 920 and P6T using a TRUE (though temps are good, so I'm not blaming the TRUE!).

The voltage for the CPU in the bios is 1.36250 all other voltages except for the memory are default. Load line calibration is enabled and the cpu is set at 20 x 200. I have found that I can reach 4.0ghz with 1.31v if i use 21 x 192, it seems that higher bus speeds like 195mhz+ seem to put the cpu under huge strain. the highest i have reached was 210 but not stable. I had problems also at first overclocking, this was caused by heat because the cpu temps were around 85 all the time, this was because i had used too much thermal compound.
