Ebay

I have just noticed that I now have an ebay icon on my toolbars aswell as within programmes. I've no idea how it got there but i links to http://www.adon-demand.de/red/2303/

Normally I'm very carefull with what I install and what options i choose as not to install any toolbars for example google toolbars. Is their any way for me to find out how it was installed so I know what to look our for in the future.

Looks to be from Foxit reader - when you installed it you were probbaly asked about additional toolbars / eBay shortcuts etc.

Agreed...it is possible that it was mentioned in the small text, and installed as part of soft...anoying for sure.

Thats it then, I have recently installed foxit. I'm almost positive that it did not ask me to install the ebay shortcuts.

It did, the checkbox is on the final screen where you click finish.

Shame Foxit have started to put these extras in - the version I installed ages ago didn't have all these gotchas...

The ebay shortcuts and Foxit toolbar are easily avoided though, it's still a great alternative to the bloat that is Adobe Reader.
