The BBC is soooooo ridiculously PC it just isn't funny :mad:
 
Nadal? He isn't black and also he won the Aussie Open so couldn't have been him (she was talking about someone who just got KO'ed).

I think it's a bit over the top - we all say things that if you read in text, or just hear a snippet would sound harsh... but then again, if your in the work place, live or not, you should be a bit more aware of your surroundings.
 
Typical of bloody PC brigade, getting upset on someone else's behalf.

It isn't offensive and it wasn't broadcast, so what's the problem?

That maybe but it was not on air and wasnt said in a degaroty way I belive they said she was joking? And to sack somebody? Grow a set of balls BBC..
 
Wasn't aired but could have caused offence to people on the show so she's banned from working on that show - seems fair to me.
