yeah its tough at first.. This is my first cod experience and I've racked up around a month of play now. K.D is at 2.4 so it does get easier fast.

yeah its tough at first.. This is my first cod experience and I've racked up around a month of play now. K.D is at 2.4 so it does get easier fast.
The lag is terrible at times, its a lot more noticable on WaW compared to MW when someone across the pond is host.

COD4 is about time.
COD WaW is about time AND effort. As you really have to put up with the silly things and ignore the playlists that just dont work as a game to rank up.

Having "Skills" On cod is just a matter of time and effort, and mastering all the cheeky little tricks.
yeah totally....tbh the kill cam got me up to speed very fast. I just copied what good players were doing in regards to position, when to go in and out of iron sight and such.

ive never played COD 4 , any good ?
Yes, best MP game I've played.
nearly everyone I speak to rates it over WAW i'm pretty tempted to pick it up myself.
WAW is just like any generic FPS really. COD4 has something about it that makes it stand out above the rest.
How do you think it holds up retrospectively to someone who's played WAW first? Still the better game?
No idea without playing Waw first.

Well its the better game. Its not subjective or based on novelty aspects, that would work in Waw's favour based on the release dates of the two game anyway.

A good class choice for specific maps helps out too... again it takes time to work out what to use on what map...

I gave up on Vet after the first level, I just can't be bothered. Not helped by it being WW2 based - stupid annoying rubbish guns. I did all of COD4 on Vet except Mile High Club, but this one is just too much. Vet is harder than real war!
In fact I hate this game now
I've done 11 missions now (4 left), but can't get any further, so so hard
If anybody wants to get a co-op veteran going let me know!
