GRID and Crysis on a 4850

Hi,
Anyone have a 4850 and played both crysis and GRID?
is there any problem with this graphics card and these games, i saw a benchmark on a site where it somehow showed 0 FPS on GRID.

When i had a 4850, i played GRID on the Ultra settings @ 1920x1200, smooth as a babies butt, absolutely perfect

With Crysis i found it playable at 1650x1050 on High settings, it has drops now and then but for the most part its perfectly playable.

that's good to know then, i think it's 1680x1050 for my monitor. so it'll run and be playable,

GRID runs great with max settings, 4xAA @1680x1050

I'm also running a 4850 at 1680x1050 with c2d and 4gb ram and can confirm similar performance to Ogs. Grid is maxed with full AA and runs completely smooth. Crysis runs great on High.

i'm going with the Q6600 clocked as high as i can and 4GB RAM so should get around the same performance.

I should hope a 4850 has no problem with GRID - my 4670 ran it fine at 1920x1200 when I tried it out

You have a mad 4850 then. At 1280x1024 everything to high 2xAA I only get about 40-50fps on a GTX280.

that's not a mad 4850, there's something wrong at your end.

what processor do you have?

you should be getting much better perf than that with a 280 @1280.

Both run perfectly well for me. i think GRID is maxed and runs smooth as said, can't remember what exactly I have crysis on, probably high/very high

Grid running perfectly at 1920x1080 here, 60fps all the way......

Colin McRae Dirt struggles a bit though on the races where there's more than one car on track....
