FA Cup Replays - 4/2/08 **spoilers*

Do hope the FA/whoever is in charge has the balls to deny ITV further contracts and accept the best bid with a certain level of quality in mind. IN other words, accept the highest bid from either Sky or BBC, and Setanta if they actually sort out an HD channel seeing as half the rest of the planet get footie live in HD content and we get none.

I'd say its better for us in the long run depending on the injury situation with torres, gerrard. I absolutely hate lucas, i hope he dies, i honestly don't see the point in starting him when you have mascherno on the bench. Surely we should blast them early and bring on the tards when we're dominating.

As for the keane transfer, he was never the right player for us so selling him was fine, even at a loss, though it never should have occurred. The criminal offence was not signing a decent replacement, even on loan, that could actually fit in the team.

Keane might not have been great for you, though he probably would be eventually, but thats the thing, better keane and his 5 goals and the chance of getting better, than no one. Selling him a week before and getting someone in would have been fine, but losing him, for no one is criminal as you say.

If it turns out Gerrard is out for a while, even a short while, and Torres(who looked like he was limping at several stages to me?) then you're left with Ngog as your only actual striker. I'd take Keane and a futher 1mil loss in summer than Ngog as your only cover. Hell, theres always the chance Keane could blossom and even if Rafa didn't want him, sell him for more cash in the summer.

We will soon be unleashing a young fella by the name Della Valle, this lad is gonna be awesome. Word is that he is a better natural finisher than Fowler and is the reason that we let keane go (apart from the fact that he was useless for us).

No we won't be. He's not even in the reserves yet. Kuyt and Babel would play and they'd have played ahead of Keane too.
