Anyone using one of these? Are they any good? I'm not looking for massive overclock/overvolting etc just to get the gpu into the loop so I can ditch the stock cooler.

I want to get a block for my 8800GTS 512 but I've had a full cover block before and then got stuck with it when I sold the card again. I'm thinking that with one of these, it'll more than likely fit on my next card too.

Any advice/input before I order would be much appreciated.

Found a review here. It's not in English but does have some good piccies and some performance graphs. Similar design to the CPU block. I have a Aqauextreme Mp-1 (externally the same as a DD Maze 4 but with pins inside) core only block on my 4870. I have had it on 7800Gt, 8800Gt and now my 4870. Certainly beats buying a full cover block everytime you change the card.

+1 to the core only blocks - usually massively less restrictive too.

Have a look at the swiftech version with the optional full cover Heat sinks Caldera, GTX200 and MCW60-4870
