Nokia 5800 - Contacts from a Mac/BB

Does anyone know how i would go about syncing the address book from my iMac to my Nokia 5800.

I've tried to send them via bluetooth from my iMac and i get a message saying that it cant read the file type,

I've tried sending them via bluetooth from my BB-Pearl and although the phone receives the business card when i go to open it i get an error message saying "General: Memory Full Close Some Applications and Try Again" but i have no other applications open on the handset,

Does anyone know any other way i could try as I'm all out of ideas!

Thanks a lot, only took seconds to get everything done and dusted, saved me hand typing almost 200 contacts lol! It even uploaded my calendars and the Photos linked with the people
