perhaps it depends on what day in february you registered, if it was later in the month it wont have been 12 months yet? just a thought

Nobody is forced to enter if they don't want to. It seems a genuine offer, so I don't understand your issue.

Terms and Conditions are there as a legal necessity, as with all such promotions.

I guess you can't please everyone.

At the time i made my purchase was when the GTX 280's were goin for £218 and to think that that bargain could even result in another card shows how good a draw this was.
