Overclocking CPU - Higher multipler or FSB?

As above is it better to have a higher multipler or FSB? (couldnt remember if its called FSB or something else lol)

Example:

Would 400 x 7 be better than 350 x 8? or visa versa?

In theory a higher FSB is better because it gives you more memory bandwidth.. Although that matters less nowadays since memory is so fast..
 
Yea the fact is the faster the fsb the better but in real world terms the difference is negligable and the only point would be benching. If the machine is for 24/7 use then I would go for the highest multiplier and highest overclock, lowering the multi and using a higher fsb instead will probably require more volts, which is more heat and more power for very little increase
