My shortlist is (this is an upgrade from an N95)

N96.

SE C905?

Blackberry.

Now, I really like the look of the balckberry phones, always have any personally I am thinking of taking this route, but there are a few of offer at T-Mobile. Which is the newer out of the Blackberry Bold, 8900, or storm???

Also if anyone has reasons to not go with certain phones ive listed or reasons to defo go for ones I have then let me know :) Open to others too but these seem the better of the bunch as upgrade phones.

N96 is not much over an N95, C905 is a sideways step at very best, i'd probably say backwards! Blackberry storm is very love hate, definitely try it before you buy just to make sure you're happy with using it 24/7, other blackberry phones are good but they're not my thing. I'd say look at the Nokia E series phones as well, nice kit and good business stuff too :)

My contract ends 28th Feb but have been able to upgrade since 28th Jan but as there's nothing in the market worth upgrading too from my N95 i'm going to wait untill the N97 comes out in March/April.

I agree on the E series phones, E71 is the only phone I've had a play with recently that impressed me build wise, really feels nice and solid without being too heavy, keys are pretty easy to press even with largish hands.

Found it much easier to type with than the Bold and Curve.

N96 is really horrid and plasticy looking in my oppinion, not really a big upgrade over the N95 to be honest.

C905 looks and feels well designed and well built, however a lot of them seem to be having problems with speakers blowing, screens freezing, poor battery life etc so best to leave them till they sort out the bugs. If it wasn't for these teething problems it would be a very good phone and I'd much prefer it to my current N95.

I went for the 8900 in the end :)

Looks like its going to take some learning :)

It will but once you got blackberry u wont go back...its seriously one addictive device...i have the Bold myself and its just simply awesome...havent had any major issues with mine where i felt like smashing it to pieces unlike a certain Winmo device i had last yr...which i conveniently lost lol...possibly the best thing thats ever happened to me tbh....losing the phone that is:p

I havent yet received an email with mine? Perhaps done something wrong im not sure.

Is there any crutial advice/programs I should have on mine that it perhaps doesnt have already?
