I've got 500k. Decided to release most of the loan players and sell off one or two and start getting my own squad formed.
Getting an assistant is murder though, well getting a decent one is.
Got a couple of signings under my belt, but keeping the loaned guys for the moment. Not really sure what stats are good for the Championship though - never managed in it before. Just trying to get players in that are better than what I have at the moment! Hopefully my tactics will pull me through

Had a few large injuries in key players, which lead to my losses but here it is so far;
Last 3 haven't played yet.
Got rid of a few as i didn't need them, and it doubled my transfer budget lol.

Appiah Is playing great for me, he's got 10 goals in (now) 13 games.

My tactic is quite attacking, but its very good defensively. So not too bothered about who scores.
Sibierski is my main scorer, 9 in 13 i think.

OcUK Championship Challenge
Okay, decided to set up the game in the following way.
Till the new patch, we'll use the Official 9.2.0 patch;
Select all available leagues for both England and Spain, this way giving us a few players to choose from cheaply overseas too!
Only one selection to start in really!
You then select a Large Database, being a championship team you'll need to take advantage of all the freebies you can!
And then finally, select Norwich and you're on your way
Talking to Marc, we'll go till the end of season 2011/12, and see how we do and whether the patch is out, and whether this hasn't gone **** up.
We'll start off selecting Mid-Table finish, as that's the default, and we can see how we improve thereafter!
