Fridge, unless it's truffles in which case room temperature. I don't like the feeling of melting chocolate and never have.

Room temp for me. I hate biting into rock solid chocolate :S

I love melted chocolate actually. Like when you leave a bar in a car on a summers day... Om nom nom om nom!

Fridge or freezer for me. I personaly prefer the freezer but the mrs dont like it that cold so it goes in the fridge
