Well, I finally did it. Sitting out side for the best part of 2 days last weekend isn't my idea of fun but Im happy with the results. Regardless of the fact that in my last thread people were threatening to sell their Z4's and all sorts

.

Went for a drive to North Wales yesterday with a mate and managed to get a couple of photos before the car got too dirty.

Clearly not to everyones taste but I like the finished package

They are actually very good fun around the country lanes. It's his first car too so something really powerful would have been too much to insure.

Definately not orangey in real life. Not sure what the paint was actually my friend got it to do his MR2 so I just used that. Gave it 4-5 coats

Would it just not of been easier to take them off and paint them inside, then reattach and bleed the system?

Car isn't my cup of tea, and its far too clean for my liking!

I hate clean cars too.

It would have been a lot easier to take them off but as my mechanical knowledge consists of checking the oil level and topping up the washer fluid I played it safe
