'I could have went to the shop today', or 'I could have went to the shop today'.
It's not exactly hard to write "could've" rather than "could have" ..
And imo English is simpler than a number of European languages, as we don't have lots of genders for our nouns.

I would´ve asked the same question as you seem to have a lesser grip on English than my students, who are non-natives.
