outside in our car park the drains are not coping with the amount of water at present and as such have formed a huge puddle with water 4" deep in places.
our neighbour had the landlord round about this because as a result we cannot park our cars outside because we will be walking through all this water. the landlord has basically said the the drains are ok but blocked further down where barclays bank has responsibility but they are not interested.
anyway the landlord is not prepared to take legal action against the bank to get the matter sorted and now the water is rising dangerously close to the top of the kerb. as soon as it hits that we risk the possibilty of our home being flooded.
what can we do? can the tennants force the landlord to do something?
