well i missed this when it came out some how but the tough guys dont dance album is awesome. pendulum fans should like it.

any others listen to there stuff and any recommends?

Yes his stuff is pretty damn good and is normally one of the first artists to be recommended in any Drum and Bass thread on here. I would check out Danny Byrd's album - Supersized, DJ Fresh - Escape from Planet Monday, bit different but very good none the less. Also try TC - Evolution.

Get yourself over to www.breakbeat.co.uk and have a listen to all the tunes on there.

Yeah, I really like High Contrast. Tough Guy's Don't Dance was a great album for me.

I only ever heard of him through Annie Mac who said her favourite track was Racing Green.

I'm looking into getting some more essential DnB after reading through the other DnB thread on here.

High Contrast is easily my favourite DnB artist. Personally, I think High Society is better than Tough Guys Don't Dance though.

He's a very good DJ too. I heard him DJ at Hospitality about six months ago and he had the whole audience hanging on every beat.

Deffinately with you on that. Very impressed with all of his remixes aswell. Hometown Glory sticks to mind.

Twilight's Last Gleaming
His remix of Papua New Guinea by FSOL
Brief Encounter
MIST v High Contrast - 3 AM

By far some of his best tunes.
