It's 'Sweet Dreams' by Eurythmics in the background, other than that, can't help.

Indeed, I feel somewhat cheated that it wasn't just a random "de da da dah" with no clip to go with it. Unfortunately having listened to half that song I now feel doubly cheated as it has completely violated Sweet Dreams, as if Marilyn Manson hadn't tried his best in the first instance.
