EVGA Voltage tuner ( Post your overclocks )

Voltage seems to make no difference to me but my 24/7 clock is 700/1469/1200 with 1.15v auto fan speed. Iv tried upping the voltage but it seems temps make more difference than voltage. With fan at 100% it will bench fine at 740/1539/1300. May get a waterblock sometime so will try again then.

Just tried 730/1514/1200 77% Fan speed , 1150 Volts 64C ( Ati tool 40mins no errors )

Going to try it as above but with linked shaders , before even in ati tool it would stall and the clock would throttle back down (without volt mod).

Ran fine in crysis , ran fine in ati tool but necrovision made it keel over within 10mins gave me a garbled mess of a screen and temps hit 70C

So 714 / 1566 / 1192 77% is what im stuck with : ( 1125 Volts ) :

Before - 710 / 1200 / 70% fan speed 1083 Default volts 58C
After - 721 / 1200 / 77% fan speed 1138 Volts 66-68C

Palit Gtx260 216sp , it would usually give me errors in ati tools as soon as it hit 60c but so far none for 20mins

How did you get the voltage tuner to work with a Palit card? I though it would only work with EVGA hardware.

Thanks for those replys.........guess i'm up all night playing with that.

Btw, what are peoples default voltages? my pov card is defaulting at 1188mv which seems quite high?

My GTX280 was 1188 default.

I just nudged the voltage to 1200 and got 770/1530/2500

I didn't want to go any higher than that but I'm sure if can go a bit further. That is under water though so temp are around 40-45 under heavy load

Ah ryte cool mate :)

I may try the same as I dont want to do much if any damage to the card plus thats quite a boost for a slight change to be honest.

Was playing fear 2 and within 30mins multicoloured textures of goodness , so i had to make a further adjustment to the overclock and voltage. From what i can tell the default volts of my card are only 1000mv , so i put it upto just 1088mv and the oc to 711/1533/1198 ( 75% fs ).

Then played over an hr 20mins without any errors or problems , i don't think it makes a difference what voltage i put through it if i go over 715 i hit problems.
