Nuts to Churchill, I'd bring back Clement Atlee and put him in mainstream politics. A man of all substance and very little style who made some of the greatest political achievements of the century. I think we're crying out for it.
My second...I'd have a hard time picking between Newton and Einstein. Einstein would probably adapt better to modern science (there being less of a gap) but I get the feeling Newton would be the more intelligent of the two.

Yes Nelson, I would so want to be at the battle of Trafalgar & Waterloo what an incredible battle they would have being to see.

You're right about Einstein. Now that we have almost irrefutable proof of some of the things he believed to be false it would be interesting to see how he responded to that
