Small pet for my flat?

I'm after a pet for my flat, Cats and Dogs aren't allowed here so need something small that can just feed each day, clean every couple of weeks etc

Not to keen on reptiles, spiders, rats or mice, thinking more along the lines of a rabbit, but something that can stay indoors. Any ideas or recommendations?

We got a rabbit cos we couldn't have a dog. You have to keep any wires out of the way and make sure it gets litter trained but they can be fun to have around.

Budgie or a parrot

I used to have a budgie, he was a dead sweet little fella. Called him jabba after Jabba da Hutt - but also because he wouldnt stop bloody chirpin half the time. Oh yeah, he used to masturbate aswell and i'm not jokin...
