any O2 employees??

I am currently trying to get o2 to provide me with a proff of purchase for my iphone.

as its the 2g one and unlocked it was never registered (contract wise) i have called O2 and they say that i never bought one and that i might get a bit more luck going to the store i got it from!

well that store isnt up the road its miles and miles away! i bought it on 28th april last year! on the phone o2 say that i dont exist!!

if you got the phone but didn't take out a contract with O2 they may not be able to provide proof over the phone, the store will likely have to print you a receipt or something

are you sure you didn't buy it from CPW? I imagine O2 would be able to find you by your name and address/IMEI

i bought 2 one from CPW and onefrom O2

and i called up cpw they had no problem and emailed me right away shame it was the phone imei number lol

looks like i will have to go to the store

Fid you buy it on a debit or credit card?

Ring them, they will provide the transaction ID (hopefully)
