Dog Lovers - Max has a new friend (Shar Pei)

But for all those who are interested me and my GF have finally bought a new dog, due to their own circumstances a family near us could no longer look after their 2.5yr old Shar Pei Bitch, so we went to visit it with Max and the GF fell in love with her and we left a very tearful family with a new addition.

So with out further adue, I give you Holly

Max is only 4 and a half months, give him another couple of months and he will be twice her size

She is shaking her head :confused:

Shar Peis have quite a lot of loose, wrinkly skin hence why she looks slightly demented (no offence intended).

They are Japanese fighting dogs with Loads of loose skin, This enables them to be able to twist in a fight & still get a bite on the dog that has got them. Very under estimated dogs.

Edit - I see that the dogs name is actually Holly, but hopefully this will not detract from my original anecdote.

He won't grow that much more mate. He'll bulk out a bit more, well quite a lot more (he looks pretty skinny).

Not one to be a pendant often, but theyre Chinese.
