Hi all,

I remember one TV programme I really enjoyed but have never been able to remember the name of or if it was on CBBC or CITV.

All I can remember is it was a drama which was spanned across many episodes with the story continuing each time. It followed a group of kids that somehow got caught up with these kind of portal type things which brought these evil type creatures from the past (or possible another world) into their world and they would try to find these kids and kill them. I remember one episode when these bad guys got really close to harming these kids and an axe was implanted into the front door of where they lived. I think the bad guys were dressed in black, possible an orc type creature?

I've spoke to a few friends about this and no one can remember and think it must have been something else as it sounds too violet to be on in the kids schedule. But, I sure I remember watching it and really enjoying it.

Anyone have any recollection of what i'm talking about?
 
Yes but I cannot remember the name, did it have 2 girls & 1 boy in it & was it all a bit dreamy when the bad dudes came ?
 
Sounds vaguely familiar, not sure if its the same thing but i remember something with moving rock things.

Yes! I was just thinking about this the other day, and remembering when it used to give me nightmares! It was pretty scary IMO.

But for the life of me, can't remember what it was called!
 
Don't remember it at all! :confused:

I do however, remember watching Woof! before going to the rollerskate disco on a Wednesday after school. Good times...:D

Wouldn't he know if it was dungeons and dragons?
 
I have one as well. Mid-early 90's. ITV.

A boy makes a zipwire / swing thing that somehow takes him to another dimension. Whilst there, everything is medeival apart from a group which have flying technology who rule everything. Think 'Stargate' kind of divide here. The locals think the boy is amazing because of his crazy trainers.

In the end, the boy takes a girl back with him to the real world.

Any ideas?
