Not 100% sure on that - I'd assume it must be ok in some way or another or companys that build replica body kits would have been stopped many years ago.
It’s a civil case; the companies might not give a flip. TBH it’s a good advert for them and will hardly detract from the sales as there so inferior, was just wondering what the law was.
