It's fine if they sell it as a Replica. If they sell it as a Ferrari then they'll get in trouble.

But are the tradmarks not owned by ferrari and you're not legaly able to copy them? At the end of the day a replica is a fake.

Not 100% sure on that - I'd assume it must be ok in some way or another or companys that build replica body kits would have been stopped many years ago.

Whoopdee ******* doo. The car's were on stage for about 20seconds tops each anyway how gives a flying? Gotta say it wasn't great this time round, the 07 show was pretty cool.

One thing i did want to know though is whether there was any proof about the black cabs being shells over some Evo's. I'm pretty sure normal black cabs cant do doughnuts like that

It’s a civil case; the companies might not give a flip. TBH it’s a good advert for them and will hardly detract from the sales as there so inferior, was just wondering what the law was.

They are not exact copies of the Ferrari bodywork, nor do they claim to be as such.
