I hope he is wrong for your sake though!

Anyways, since i ordered it yesterday and received a confirmation email, it should be with me within 5 working days, so before next wednesday basically

My TE came this morning. Just been playing hdremix for around an hour and the stick is perfect. It does have a very minor cosmentic blemish on the red boarder though. No problem for me as I brought it to play with and not to look at. :)

Juat waiting on SF4 now. :D

God no, still on "Pre release" on there and they've ignored my emails - useless.

My CE & TE was delivered by a shop which can send SMS when it's been dispatched (starts with "S", ends with "O", 6 letters). The best part is, this shop was the last place I tried pre-ordering from and I only ordered it on the 12th of this month whereas I ordered from P...T back in early January.

Why does it have scratches on it? Surely brand new no?

So, after paying all that money why are you happy to accept damaged goods? Personally I'd be sending it back for a replacement.

I buy a lot of things to 'use' rather than 'look at', doesn't mean I'd accept it if it arrived damaged like you suggest your stick has.

I agree but I've been after a new arcade stick for months and I know if I send it back I will be waiting weeks for a repalcment. To be honest it's not that bad at all and judging by shoryuken forums I might end up with a replacment that's worse.
 
Well, it has a warranty but the problem with cosmetic marks is that unless you send it straight back I doubt they'd be covered - and realistically what are your options when sending it back? It's not like there are many of them knocking around.
 
Update, just given the stick a wipe over and the what I thought were scratches were not LOL. All gone. Only a very minor blemish left on the red board part of the stick.

Damn, I wish I saw that last Thurs :( At this rate I might have to get a HAF or an EX2 (depending on stock) to tide me over. It won't be a complete waste at it can still be used when I have friends or family over that fancy a quick blast, one stick each and everyone's happy :)
