Low 3DMark Vantage Score?

I just ran 3DMark Vantage on Vista x64 with a Q9550 (stock at the moment) and 4GB of RAM, in the Performance Preset (so I assume with PPU enabled) and overall got P15000 which to me sounds a bit low?

Is there anything I should do just to confirm that there isn't something wrong with the card, or is it just the lack of the CPU at the moment?

Other thing I've noticed is, whilst running 3DMark Vantage, if I display the eVGA Precision Display in the Benchmark, the core and shader clocks correctly run at 576 and 1242 MHz respectively, but the Memory clock goes up to 999 MHz, but not to 1998 MHz, is it just because it's stating the Memory clock on one of the two GPUs on the 295, or is it because one of the cards in the 295 isn't working?

15000 is quite high, i get around 13000 with a stock clocked i7 and GTX 280, altho your system spec would help know if it is low or not
