Hi there
Look like good choices you've made. Everyone has differnet ideas on builds and I don't know what your planned use is but I would look again at:
Why Windows XP? I would go for Vista Home basic 64bit or a higher version if you need the features.
I would get this PSU for a little more money Corsair TX650
I would also invest a bit more in a better case, it is what you look at when it is built after all.

Good luck with the build

The board squite solid, shouldnt have any problems, couple things I would change are - get a 1gig version of that gfx card, the price difference isnt too much nowadays - get vista, all the vista haters are on cloud cuckoo land, it runs perfectly fine now, yes it was buggy at first, as all OS's are when first released and I believe microsoft are stopping full XP support soon too - assuming youre going to be clocking (as you asked about it) a better case would be in order, look at the antec 300, relatively cheap and great cooling

Well im right on the budget with what i have at the moment.so i couldnt really afford the extra £40 for gfx card i may change the case though.Im just used to XP on my desktop.I will probably get Win 7 after its released.I have vista on my laptop but i believe they are going to discount if you upgrade from xp to win7.

Ill take a look at the psu.

Thanks all
