From next year how will we say the year? "twenty-ten" sounds a bit american to me. So will we say "two thousand and ten" ? But for 1910 people say "nineteen ten" rather than "nineteen hundred and ten" or even "one thousand, nine hundred and ten"
I'll say two thousand and ten like everyone else this side of the Atlantic
Twenty ten.
I said it sounded amercian but how do you say 1960 ?
The 60's
I'll say two thousand and ten like everyone else this side of the Atlantic *
*may exclude Johnny Foreigner.
I said it sounded amercian but how do you say 1960 ?
If you were referring to that one year in particular. .e.g. "he was born in 1960"
