It would be funny if the NHS started doing this for all patient letters.

My first reaction when reading this was that there must be some really bored, insensitive kid working in that office. You can imagine it. "I'm bored. Hmm, this letter needs to go to a guy who's blind. I know, I'll address the letter to Mr Blindman. Man, I am the wittiest human who's ever lived!"
