Can't see new hard drive in explorer

I just installed the Seagate Barracuda 1.5TB in my rig but can't see it in explorer.

I can see it in the bios and when vista started it installed the driver.

Why can't I see it in explorer? Is there a setting I need to change?

Did you format it yet? If you hadn't Explorer hasn't mounted it yet because there isn't a filesystem to mount.

Control panel
Admin tools
Computer management
Storage
Disk management

No haven't formatted it yet

I must have done it for my F1 but can't remember how. Can't see an option in the drive properties.

Disk management
